Designed for students who have successfully completed Culinary Arts II with a grade of A or B, this course provides hands-on experience in a student-run restaurant, allowing students to apply advanced cooking, baking, and kitchen skills in a real-world setting. Students complete DMACC competencies and may earn the ServSafe Industry-Recognized Credential (IRC) all aligned to college and industry standards. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, menu planning, and customer service. This course prepares students for further culinary studies and careers in the foodservice industry. This course must be taken for DMACC credit.
