Culinary Arts II is a one-semester intermediate course that builds on the foundational skills learned in Culinary Arts I. Students expand their knowledge of cooking, baking, and kitchen practices while learning more advanced techniques in food preparation, recipe adaptation, and teamwork. Emphasis is placed on culinary math, measurement, and sanitation principles through hands-on labs and projects. This course prepares students for the next-level course, Café V.
